Costs are based on the number of Wall Walks you want:


$4,500 +GST* per Wall Walk


$3,500 +GST * per Wall Walk

8 or more

$2,500 +GST * per Wall Walk

Venue, refreshments, and admin support before and on the day of The Wall Walk® provided by you

Full Package ® + Individual or Small Group Follow Up

If you want my help to translate The Wall Walk® into action, or to design and co-ordinate a package of Phase One, Two and Three activities I charge by the hour.

It’s best if bookings are 2-4 weeks in advance (for audience preparation, organising travel, finalising venues, catering, and so on). But if you move fast, and you don’t mind participants only having a few days to prepare, then a Wall Walk can be organised in less than a week!

It’s not just Sim running Wall Walks these days. We also have Sam Bishara, Jarom Henry, Kate Heddle-Baker, and Hohepa Patea. Some of these people still have ‘day jobs’ but they manage this in a way that enables them to run Wall Walks from time to time. Each of them comes with my blessing and has:

  • Participated in a Wall Walk run by Sim and shown the same passion and commitment for teaching and learning our history
  • Attended at least 3 Wall Walks run by Sim and helped out ‘behind the scenes’
  • Studied (and in some cases, lived) the contents of the Wall Walk posters in depth
  • Attended ‘train the trainer’ courses and given up months of their own time learning how to run it themselves
  • Co-presented the Wall Walk with Sim and with other certified Wall Walkers

Before booking your Wall Walk

1) Check that a venue is available on your preferred date, can provide a projector and audio system and is capable of hosting your audience numbers.

2) We are training more Wall Walkers in more locations, but for now we are mostly based in Wellington, Nelson, and Hawkes Bay. If you want us to run a workshop outside of those locations on a date that appears to be available, please don’t be offended if we say that we need to find a new date. We don’t want to burn ourselves out or become strangers to our own whānau.
