Costs depend on how many sessions you book

1-3 Wall Walks

$5000 +GST* per session

4-7 Wall Walks

$4000 +GST* per session

8+ Wall Walks

$3000 +GST* per session

Schools and charities that provide a CC number are charged the lowest rate, regardless of the number of Wall Walks. You provide the venue, refreshments, and all pre‑event and on‑the‑day administration for The Wall Walk®. Travel and accommodation are charged separately. Cancellations or postponements within five working days incur a 50% fee; once travel has begun, the full fee applies.

Before booking your Wall Walk

Confirm your venue is available on your preferred date, can accommodate your audience, and has a projector and audio system. Check the calendar below: grey dates are unavailable, blue dates are available. Use the red arrows to view future months. After booking, you’ll receive an automated email (check your junk folder) with the agenda and preparation instructions. All participants must complete the required prep work using the provided links.
